Fulfillment Policy

Highly Anticipated provides brand strategy, design, and web services for professional service businesses. Every project begins with a Strategy Session and a signed contract outlining both the client's and Highly Anticipated's responsibilities, deliverables, timeline, and investment.

How projects begin — All engagements start with a Strategy Session ($250), which is credited toward any project booked within 30 days. A signed contract and deposit are required before project work begins.

Delivery — Final files, brand documentation, and AI-ready assets are delivered via Google Drive. Website projects are delivered on the client's live domain after staging approval.

Refunds — No refunds are available for work already completed. If a project is cancelled before completion, the client receives all work completed to that point. Strategy Session fees are non-refundable but are credited toward a project booked within 30 days of the session.

Returns — No returns accepted. All deliverables are custom work created specifically for the client.

Cancellation — Either party may cancel a project with written notice.

If a client becomes unresponsive to email communication for more than 60 days, the project is paused. Resuming a paused project may require a restart fee, and previously completed work may need to be updated to reflect any changes in scope or direction.

Highly Anticipated is not responsible for storing project files indefinitely after a project has been paused for more than six months.
